Dial House Place is an exciting new residential development by Miller Homes, situated in the picturesque village of Rainford. Spanning a 32-acre site off Higher Lane and Rookery Lane, this project will bring 307 new homes to the area. Named after the nearby Dial House Wood, the development aims to integrate seamlessly with the local environment, incorporating generous green spaces and sustainability features such as electric vehicle charging points for every home.

The development will offer a diverse mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom properties, catering to a wide range of housing needs. Approximately a third of the homes will be designated as affordable housing, addressing the growing demand for quality housing in St Helens (Place North West) (The UK).

Dial House Place is designed with community and sustainability at its core. The development includes plans for extensive landscaping and contributions to local infrastructure through a Section 106 agreement, which is expected to exceed £1 million. These contributions will support Mersey Travel, secondary education, and NHS services, enhancing the overall community infrastructure (The UK) (Place North West).
